about

Oh, man. I love this song so much. This was inspired by Manhattan Transfer---especially their song, "Ray's Rockhouse". I sang that in High School for my very last concert and it was AWESOME. So this is, in a sense, the ultimate tribute to that song, as well.

The brass hits are from Zebra, believe it or not. The wah square lead was a patch I made in Zebra to imitate and pay tribute to William "WillRock" Harby's awesomely dynamic synth leads. Zebra is just that versatile and awesome. :D The basses were also Zebra. :O It was two layered patches, though, but they were both custom. :3 The lead guitar was courtesy of Strawberry Evolution Electric Guitar, the piano was TruePianos, and the EP was Neo-Soul Keys.

Every now and then, a vocoder-esque "YEAH" comes in to rattle us all. That is a sick custom patch I made in Massive.

Overall, this was a seriously fun song to make, and I only wish I had this many ideas all the time. :DDD

Oh yeah, and dat title. What did you first think it said? :P
